By downloading or using Health Export Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
Health Export Pro allows you to export and sync Apple HealthKit data from your iOS device. The App provides:
- Manual export of health data as JSON or CSV files
- Automatic background sync to a user-configured REST API endpoint (Pro subscription)
- Data type selection and filtering
- Sync status monitoring
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for configuring your REST API destination correctly
- You are responsible for the security of your destination server and API credentials
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding health data in your jurisdiction
- You must not use the App to violate any third party's rights
Health Data Disclaimer
Health Export Pro is a data export tool, not a medical device. The App does not interpret, analyze, or provide medical advice based on your health data. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Free tier: Manual export (JSON/CSV via share sheet)
- Pro tier: Available as yearly auto-renewable subscription ($9.99/year) or lifetime purchase ($29.99)
- Pro includes: background auto-sync, REST API upload, widget sync, data type selector
- 7-day free trial available for Pro
- Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled in iOS Settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Young Software Solutions GmbH shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, sync failures, or issues with third-party servers.
Termination
We may discontinue the App at any time. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
